Product Owner – Digital Project Manager

As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in bringing our digital solutions to life. You serve as the link between customers, stakeholders, and our Tech Team. Together with your colleagues in Sales, Project Management, Category Management, and Customer Service, you ensure that customer needs and business objectives are translated into clear priorities and an effective product strategy.

What are you going to do?

You will oversee the entire process, from developing the roadmap and schedule to delivering IT solutions. You will ensure product value and use a well-defined backlog to inspire and guide the Tech Team.

Your responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap: designing, prioritizing, and communicating the roadmap.
  • Backlog management: creating and prioritizing user stories, sprints, and features to achieve project goals.
  • Project coordination and delivery: monitoring progress, dependencies, and delivery milestones within digital projects, and ensuring effective coordination between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Stakeholder management: proactively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring optimal collaboration.
  • Customer engagement and analysis: identifying customer needs and translating them into a clear backlog and scalable solutions.
  • Demos and delivery: conducting product demos (or having them conducted) and involving end users in the process.
  • Process optimisation: identifying bottlenecks in processes and proposing operational improvements.

 

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an enterprising and driven professional who combines analytical skills, a pragmatic mindset, and a strong focus on IT.

  • College or university level of work and thinking, with at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in product development and working in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in translating business objectives into IT solutions and user stories.
  • Strong organizational skills in coordinating digital initiatives and stakeholder alignment within complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills: you’re a team player, know how to motivate others, and aren’t afraid to make decisions.
  • Stakeholder management: You engage stakeholders effectively and translate their needs into a concrete plan with clear milestones.
  • Technical aptitude: knowledge of software development and product management is essential.
  • Experience with loyalty marketing and e-commerce is a plus.
