During your internship, you’ll be a full-fledged member of our team and have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the financial processes and systems within our loyalty and incentive projects. During this internship, you’ll play a key role in one of the Finance Department’s biggest projects this year: the transition from the SAP ERP system to Exact. This means you’ll work with a fun and motivated team to document processes, conduct interviews with department heads, help develop the implementation plan, and track and report on progress.

You’ll have the freedom to take the initiative and let us know what you’d like to learn. You’ll be part of a motivated team that will challenge you at your own level.

Your responsibilities during your internship

  • Developing sections of the implementation plan
  • Describing financial processes
  • Conduct interviews with the heads of the sales, operations, and finance departments
  • Establishing communication for the project
  • Providing transparency on progress and reporting
  • Various other support tasks

You are pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field;

  • You are eager to learn, meticulous, and have an eye for detail;
  • You have a structured approach to your work and can function effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have a proactive attitude and enjoy actively contributing ideas for process improvements;
  • You have an affinity for administrative processes and financial systems;
  • You must be able to work at least four or five days a week for a period of 20–24 weeks.

What do we offer you?

  • A fun, variedand educational internship at a fast-growing organisation;

  • We’ll start your first week of internship with a kick-off session so you can quickly get used to our organisation and know what to expect;
  • Good guidance. Every two weeks, you’ll have a one-on-one meeting with your internship supervisor to discuss how things are going and where you want to go with your internship;
  • The opportunity to come up with your own ideas and develop them further;
  • An internship stipend of €500 per month based on a 40-hour workweek for students in higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO). Students in senior secondary vocational education (MBO) receive an internship stipend of €400 per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • Days off. Based on a 40-hour workweek, you accrue two days off per month;
  • A positive work environment with friendly colleagues, fun get-togethersand other activities;
