How we handle your personal data

Touch Network B.V., hereinafter referred to as “Touch Incentive,” considers the careful handling and security of your personal data to be of the utmost importance. Personal data is therefore processed and secured with the utmost care. This Privacy policy explains how we do this.

Our products and services often make use of websites such aseropuitvoordeel.nl, home-voordeel.nland gezondenfit.nl. Our subsidiaries, such as Touch Local Loyalty, STERKADOand Touch oneConcepts, also have their own websites.

On all of these websites, we publish a Privacy policy that applies specifically to that product, service, or business unit.

What personal data do we process?

We process your personal data when you choose to provide it to us, for example when you sign up for our newsletter, request a consultation, do business with us, use one of our services, or apply for a job with us. In such cases, we may process the following personal data about you:

Other information you have provided to us, such as your resume

We do use cookies, as you can read in our cookie policy, but we do not process any personal data regarding your browsing behaviour, location data, etc.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data in order to:

To respond to a question or request;
to send you the newsletter, if you have given your consent;
To review your application.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

When responding to a question or request, we rely on our legitimate interest
When sending the newsletter, we rely on the consent you have provided
When you apply for a job, we rely on the consent you have provided

How long will your personal data be retained?

We do not retain your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected:

If you send us a question or a request, we will retain your personal data for one year as part of our internal quality assurance process. This is because we can learn from everything you tell us. After that, your personal data will be deleted
If you have indicated that you wish to receive our newsletter, we will retain your personal data until you unsubscribe using the opt-out link included at the bottom of each newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your personal data used for sending the newsletter will be deleted immediately.
If you apply for a job with us, we will process your personal data for the duration of the application process. After that, your personal data will be deleted, unless you give us permission to retain your personal data for another year, as a new position may become available soon. If you do not wish us to do so, we will delete your personal data

Do we share your personal data with third parties?

We do not sell your data to third parties and will only disclose your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the processing purposes described above.

How can you view, update, delete, or receive your personal data in a digital format?

You have the right to access, correct, deleteand receive your personal data from us in a digital format. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You can send a request to that effect to privacy@touchincentive.com. To ensure that the request was made by you, we may ask you to provide further identification. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. Once your request has been processed, the data you provided for identification purposes will be deleted.

How do we handle personal data from individuals under the age of 16?

We do not intend to collect personal data via this website from children under the age of 16. However, we cannot verify whether, for example, someone who subscribes to our newsletter is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected personal data about a child under the age of 16 without such consent, please contact us at privacy@touchincentive.com. We will then delete this personal data immediately.

Do we use automated decision-making?

We do not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems without the involvement of a Touch employee.

How do we protect your personal data?

We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unintended disclosureand unauthorized alteration. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or if there are signs of misuse, please contact privacy@touchincentive.com.

What about third-party websites?

This Privacy policy does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our website or that have redirected you to our website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable and secure manner. We recommend that you read the Privacy policys of these websites before using them.

How can you file a complaint against us?

If you have any questions about how we handle your personal data, please contact us at privacy@touchincentive.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possibleand in any case within four weeks. You also have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

How do we handle changes to this Privacy policy?

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. We recommend that you review this statement regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
