How can Touch Incentive support local businesses by developing a socially responsible product that can be used as a prize in the National Postcode Lottery? At the same time, the challenge was to create an alternative to the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream prize that is more accessible and easier for winners to redeem.

Touch approach

Our approach focuses on building and activating a strong merchant network, ensuring that cards can be easily used at a wide range of locations. We actively seek out new merchants and support participating locations with clear point-of-sale materials that enhance visibility and ease of use.

For consumers, we maintain a user-friendly website where they can easily see where and how to use their card. In addition, we provide clear and consistent information to merchants, ensuring they stay well informed and can contribute to a smooth and positive user experience.
