Rotterdam & Tilburg | Bachelor's Degree | Graduation Internship

Do you want to do more than just conduct research—do you want to make a real impact within a fast-growing organization? At Touch Incentive and Touch Local Loyalty, you’ll have the opportunity to help build the HR organization of tomorrow. You’ll work on strategic HR issues while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. From HR systems to job classifications and legislation, your work will have a direct impact on our growth.

You will work alternately from our offices in Rotterdam and Tilburg, alongside the HR Generalist and HR Manager.

Who are we?

Touch Incentive specializes in loyalty and incentive programs for brands such as Albert Heijn, Essent, and KLM. With over 25 years of experience, we help organizations with loyalty, engagement, and recognition.

Touch Local Loyalty focuses on local loyalty campaigns and activations that connect consumers with local businesses. Together, we form an ambitious and fast-growing team in the field of loyalty and engagement.

During your graduation internship, you will research and implement a key HR topic within our organization. Together, we will identify a topic that aligns with your degree program, interests, and our goals. Examples include:

  • Implementing a new HR software system;
  • Developing a pay and job classification system;
  • Preparing the organization for the Wage Transparency Act;
  • Optimizing HR processes and the employee journey;
  • Streamlining HR data, reporting, and workflows.

In addition, you will assist with day-to-day HR activities and support operational HR tasks, such as:

  • Providing support for onboarding, transition, and offboarding processes;
  • Contributing ideas on onboarding and the employee experience;
  • Administrative HR processes and personnel files;
  • Support with recruitment and employer branding;
  • Stay in touch with colleagues and managers regarding HR-related questions.

You’ll have a lot of freedom and responsibility—not only to conduct research, but especially to put your recommendations into practice.

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Science, or a related field;
  • You are looking for a graduation internship starting in September 2026 (an earlier start date is negotiable);
  • You are analytical, independent, and proactive;
  • You enjoy working on both strategic and operational tasks;
  • You have strong communication skills and work with precision;
  • You are willing to travel between Rotterdam and Tilburg.
