The approach for Air Miles

Our approach involved setting up a store for physical products that seamlessly connects to Airmiles.nl via SSO. In addition, we implemented a Miles API integration, allowing Air Miles to be automatically credited and debited with each transaction. We source products that align with the preferences of Air Miles members, focusing on accessible, lower-value items. We then configure the product range and promotions on the platform and develop a communication plan to drive engagement. We also handle all customer service and after-sales support for the physical products.

  • Increase revenue within the programme through targeted marketing activities
  • Develop joint marketing partnerships with partners such as Staatsloterij and Kaartje2go
