We developed a single, universal gift concept for all employees: Choice Gift. This allowed employees to choose a gift that suited them, while the organisation was managed centrally and transparently. The entire implementation was managed through a single system, ensuring that processes remained efficient and scalable. In addition, we ensured a meticulous logistics process in which two different budget amounts were distributed on time to over 80 locations, including stores, distribution centresand the headquarters. The employee experience was fully personalised with a custom-built web shop and packaging, fully in the style of the new end-of-year campaign .
