For Pricewise we developed a loyalty campaign in which customers also receive something tangible in the digital environment; an actual physical gift with the online purchase of insurance
The consumer receives a physical Pricewise Uitjes Kortingskaart in gift packaging when purchasing an insurance policy via the online platform of Pricewise. Customers will receive up to 70% discount on the best trips and packages
This campaign was supported by Pricewise with a broad promotion via the Pricewise website, TV, radio and social media
Primary Goals
- Generate more online traffic
- Create a distinctive offering compared to competitors
Results
- The promotion was a great success in 2018 with a clearly visible higher conversion rate
- Due to the high experience value and positive response, the promotion was repeated in 2019 and 2020, with an update to the look and feel
- A similar campaign was launched at the end of 2019 with a personalized Health & Beauty Benefit Card to encourage the purchase of health insurance
