How can KPN offer its employees a reward in a short period of time for the achieved objectives?

At short notice, we took care of the composition and sourcing of a customised gift assortment. This was done entirely from the existing Touch assortment.
A gift could be chosen via a playful ‘menu’. Touch took care of the complete handling of the orders and deliveries, including aftercare.

- To reward achieved goals.
- Offering an effective reward method.
Results
- Touch delivered a selection from the Touch assortment for the KPN employees at short notice against attractive B2B conditions.
- Because of the high perceived value, there were a lot of positive reactions.
