How can Holland Casino introduce new guests – so-called First-Time-Visitors – to the casino in an accessible way?
The Touch Approach
Touch prepared an activation plan including road to market, sales and sales forecasts. As a first campaign we developed, together with Holland Casino, an exclusive welcome package at a sharp promotional price. The introduction took place through a connecting sales channel (Albert Heijn) during a period of 4 weeks, of which 2 weeks in-store. Ample communication support was provided through the Albert Heijn bonus brochure, TV, radio, online and in-store.

Stimulate and motivate new guests to visit one of the 14 Holland Casino locations
Results
  • Successful first campaign with more than 15,000 welcome packs sold
  • Most of the welcome pack buyers are First-Time-Visitors
  • Full roll-out of activation plan in Q1 2020 postponed due to Corona
