The Touch Approach
The Cendris Coins Loyalty Program was launched in September 2018. At the beginning of 2021, Cendris merged with Yource and the loyalty program was given a new look: Yource Coins! Employees can save individually for gifts and outings. Coins can be earned monthly for different types of targets. Yource managers can pay extra points for special performances by team members. There are also scratch vouchers for direct rewards for achieving commercial targets. Touch shoulders the burden of this for Yource by taking full responsibility for fulfilment, maintenance of website and platform, activation of the target group through various mailings and a professional helpdesk
