1. How do you start your working day?
I always start up with working day with a short stand-up with my colleagues, a brief chat about the ongoing business and what important items or meetings are planned for the day.
2. What are your activities on a day?
As Solution Analyst, my role is mainly to be busy connecting the commercial side of our business with technology. The area where business and IT come together. Think of new developments that can support Sales to sell a better product, or developments that help our Project Managers perform their work more efficiently.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
Recent times have been absolutely dominated by growth for Touch Incentive. This has involved acquisitions of companies but also integrating with different software packages. Thus, we have explored different disciplines and brought them together into one appropriate business operation.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
Being a dynamic position with many opportunities makes the job fun and challenging for me. I think teamwork is very important and fortunately I have the best colleagues for that!
