Samantha has been working as a Service Agent in our warehouse since 2022.

1. How do you start your working day?

I arrive well in time to get a quiet start. I grab a cup of coffee and turn on my laptop. Then I first check me mail and tickets. Then I agree with colleagues who starts which tasks. At eight thirty, the phone line opens and we can receive the first calls.

2. What are your activities on a day?

I answer the phone, incoming emails and tickets that have come in. We also process returned parcels. When products have returned defective, we request repairs.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

I take pride in working with my colleagues in the service department to bring about new ways of working for our department.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

No day is the same! Every day you can expect something different. Customers’ requests are very different, for instance. My work is similar every day, but the atmosphere is always good. I really enjoy helping customers with their requests for help. It always feels good when you have been able to help a customer to their satisfaction.
