1. How do you start your working day?
I always start my work day by grabbing a flat white and a glass of water to get a good start. We always chat briefly with the team and then I get to work on my schedule for the day or week.
2. What are your activities on a day?
As Sales Manager, I am responsible for the Promotions and Employee Benefits divisions. My work mainly consists of bringing in new customers through lead generation and follow-up and managing an existing customer portfolio.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
Every project started, both big and small, gives a sense of pride. Also because you know that we can make other people (consumers, members, employees, etc.) happy with our products. Finally, I am proud to be part of our project team working on optimizing Essent’s Home Advantage program.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
I get most satisfaction from the contact with people (both colleagues and customers) and the variety of customers. The great thing about our products is that they can actually be used in all industries, so you end up everywhere.
