5 questions for Remco van der Linden

Remco works at Touch since 2004 and is our Sales Director.


“My approach is personal and very open. I notice that my customers really appreciate this.”

1. How do you start your working day?

Because I am usually at the office around 8.00, I can start the day quietly. Then I can do quite a few things and make my schedule for the day before most colleagues arrive.

2. What are your activities on a day?

As a Sales Director I am mainly concerned with maintaining my relationships. I make presentations, proposals and agreements for existing and new customers. In addition, I think creatively with the customer if they want something specific. I am also always looking for companies that are looking for a concept we can offer.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

I am proud of all the projects we start, but what I am most proud of is that we have been so creative as a company during the corona period by developing all kinds of new concepts. These concepts have also been very successful. We will continue to see benefits from this in the future. That makes me proud!

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

I get the most satisfaction from closing a great deal in combination with good cooperation and pleasant contact with the customer. This allows you to immediately build a good relationship for the future. My approach is personal and very open which suits me best. I notice that my customers also appreciate this very much.
