5 questions for Mickey ter Borg

Mickey has been working at Touch as a Service Agent since 2019.

1. How do you start your working day?

In most cases I start the day by making a schedule for the day in question. This way I can pick up the important points quickly and carefully. I then briefly consult with colleagues about open cases that need to be resolved.

2. What are your activities on a day?

Together with my colleagues, I take care of direct contact with customers, so the customer can be treated quickly and carefully. Customers can have questions about all kinds of different things. It may concern specific promotions, but also the ordering process, redeeming a code or a product they have ordered.

The orders must also be processed daily in a total overview. Some products must be physically sent, when I see this in the overview, I immediately take action so that the product is sent to the customer.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

Two years ago I started as an intern at Touch Incentive Marketing. Last year I wrote an acquisition report for the Loyalty department of Touch. I successfully completed this which resulted in my diploma. I am very proud of that.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

I really like the versatility of the position and the contact with customers and colleagues. Besides working there is plenty of room to laugh with each other.
