1. How do you start your working day?
I start my working day with a nice chat with colleagues and I grab a big cup of tea. Then I immediately dive into my priority list and tackle the biggest challenges first. A quick glance at my diary and I’m ready to get to work!
2. What are your activities on a day?
As Project Manager in the Loyalty team, my work is very diverse. Among other things, I ensure that our customers always have a nice range of products to offer their customers. I also like to listen to our customers in order to fulfil their wishes and needs. In addition, I naturally support my fellow Project Managers where necessary!
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
As a Project Manager within a company that is developing rapidly and extensively, I find my job extra fascinating because of its dynamics and significance. My satisfaction comes from participating in projects that not only serve for business purposes, but also directly contribute to the growth and innovation of our organisation through internal migration.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
The great thing about my job is its versatility: every day brings new challenges and opportunities. I find satisfaction in seeing projects grow and flourish, from the conceptual phase to successful delivery.
