1. How do you start your working day?
I like to start the day early so that I can prepare for the day or week before nine o’clock. As soon as my colleagues come in, I sit down for a cup of coffee and mutual coordination.
2. What are your activities on a day?
My activities are mainly commercially and technically oriented. This includes identifying customer questions or opportunities that exist.
I then translate these into solutions on our platforms. In addition, I shape the roadmap to facilitate the wishes of new and existing customers.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I am proud that we have succeeded in converging the Loyalty Point and Optimise platforms. In this way we can serve many customers quickly with a standardized solution, while we retain sufficient options to realize specific customer wishes. This gives us a good technical basis for further growth.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
In my position I have a lot of customer contact as well as contact with various internal teams. This includes sales teams, project management and the development organization. Parallel to this, together with others, I give direction to the development and growth of Touch. Helping to shape this company gives me great satisfaction.
