Loyalty and incentive specialist Touch Network expands further with acquisition of Sparco Loyalty Solutions
Touch Network and Mentha are taking the next step together to strengthen the organisation and achieve further growth. On 1 November 2022, Sparco Loyalty Solutions will be added to the group! The joining of forces between Touch Network and Sparco strengthens the group’s position in the loyalty market and broadens the range of products and services.
Touch Network is a specialist in loyalty, incentive and promotional services created in late 2021 by the merger of the companies Touch TVCC (Tickets, Vouchers, Codes, Cards), Touch Incentive Marketing and Jibe Commerce. An investment from Mentha facilitated the merger and, together with the other shareholders, enables the implementation of an accelerated growth strategy.
The acquisition of Sparco Loyalty Solutions marks the next step in this strategy. Sparco offers smart loyalty propositions for companies looking to get more out of their customer base, including full loyalty programs, fulfilment services, and logistics. Sparco’s offering focuses on (high-value) products, where Touch Network’s expertise is particularly in experiences.
Following the merger, Touch Network will focus on international growth to position itself as a dominant European player in the loyalty and incentive market.
