First I grab a cappuccino, then I start the day.
2. What are your activities on a day?
I experience my job as being a jack-of-all-trades. I receive various questions from the customer, which I can usually answer. When I can’t answer them right away, I go to great lengths to help the customer.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I am always proud when I have been able to help the customer further.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
Some conversations with clients are challenging when clients have a problem or complaint. It gives me great satisfaction when I succeed in releasing the pressure so that the conversation still ends with a smile.
