1. How do you start your working day?
I always start on time, because I live nice and close to the office in Soest. I turn on my laptop, grab coffee in the meantime and have a chat with my colleagues.
2. What are your activities on a day?
With our customer service team we make sure we can answer customers by phone and email at all times. I also support the warehouse with orders and returns.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I am happy that I was able to contribute something to making the process of repairs easier.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
You talk to a lot of different people and the work is always varied. Where I get a lot of satisfaction is solving difficult cases.
