5 questions for Julian Trebels

Julian has been working as a Service Agent at Touch Incentive since 2023.

1. How do you start your working day?

I start my work day at the office by greeting my colleagues and booting up my laptop and all my work stuff. I log on to the phone and check my personal mailbox. After this, I am ready to tackle the work day.

2. What are your activities on a day?

As a Service Agent, I take phone lines and work from the Promotions Retail mailbox every day. I answer customers’ questions to the best of my ability. Fortunately, I do it together with my colleagues Esther, Sandra and Petri.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

I have only been employed as a Service Agent at Touch Incentive since October 2023. To date, there is no project or finished product that has been completed that I have been a part of.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

The Service Department is a friendly department that is not too difficult. I get the most satisfaction from the skills I learn and the customers I can help well and quickly.
