5 questions for Natasja Duijst

Natasja has been working as a Service Agent for Touch since 2024 after also joining us from 2019 to 2023.

1. How do you start your working day?

As soon as I come in I first greet my colleagues, then I boot up my system and in between asking how my colleagues are doing. Once my laptop is booted up, I check my own mail, I deal with these mails and then I move on to booting up the rest of the programs.

2. What are your activities on a day?

My duties include answering emails and phone calls. We as a Service team ensure that the customer is helped as quickly as possible and any problem is solved as quickly as possible.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

I am proud when I close my computer and we as a team are pretty much up to date with emails and tickets.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

I get the most satisfaction from my work when the customer happily hangs up the phone or thanks us for the help via email. I also get a lot of satisfaction from working with my team and the pleasant working atmosphere within the team.
