1. How do you start your working day?

I often arrive before 8 a.m. and start the day by opening LinkedIn, where I can see if I have any new messages or if I need to follow up on certain leads.

2. What are your activities on a day?

It is my job to find new customers. So I am constantly working on this. The type of acquisition I do varies slightly from day to day, which adds a bit of variety to my work.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

My first deal with Hollandse Zorg Groep.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

I particularly enjoy the variety of clients. In principle, Touch can work with almost any company, whether it’s a large corporation or a small healthcare provider. The aim is also to deliver value to the client, which makes the sales conversations more enjoyable. It’s often a win-win situation for both the (end) client and Touch.
