2. What are your activities on a day?
I collect and process customer import files and respond to all emails sent to the orders and sales order inbox. I also ensure that the orders and items in Exact, the system we use, contain the correct information and that orders are cancelled if necessary. I also communicate with suppliers when they are late with deliveries or if there are any defects.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
When logistics run smoothly, that’s a victory.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
I get the most satisfaction from solving puzzles that unexpectedly arise when so many people have to work together over long distances.
