1. How do you start your working day?
After a short journey on the underground, I walk to the office, where I start my day with a cup of coffee or tea. I often chat with my colleagues for a while and then look at my to-do list, which I prepared the day before. Once I have gone through my schedule, I get down to work.
2. What are your activities on a day?
I have many different tasks. For example, I devise and develop creative concepts for social media, create newsletters and write blogs. I also help improve webshops for various clients and support project managers in setting up new webshops, for example. I am also working independently on a school project, developing an automated email campaign based on research.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I am proud of how quickly I found my place at Touch Incentive and was able to contribute to various projects right away. I am particularly proud of the project in which I developed an automated email campaign. It is very nice to see how a simple idea has grown into a concrete, well-thought-out concept that structurally inspires HR and marketing target groups and makes Touch’s gift and benefit solutions much more visible.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
What makes my internship so enjoyable is the variety of tasks. No two days are the same: one day I might be working on a creative project, the next day on something organisational or something new that I still have to learn.
I also really appreciate the freedom I am given. I can indicate what I would like to work on and which skills I would like to develop further. As a result, my internship not only ties in well with my studies, but also with what I personally find interesting and educational.
