Paulien has been working as a Content and Project Manager in the Tickets department since 2021.

“It is extra nice to see the content that you have in your hands through the communication expressions of the customer.”

1. How do you start your working day?

After an hour in the car, I often arrive early at the office to start up with a cup of tea while reading my outstanding emails. I make a to do list and start selecting priorities; I try to have my day run in a structured way. This gives me a relaxed start to the working day.

2. What are your activities on a day?

For the most part, I am responsible for collecting and coordinating all content associated with the projects that we, as the Tickets department, carry out for our customers. Think of checking texts, collecting images, sparring about which actions we can use for the customer in the coming period and maintaining contact with the customer about current projects.

3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?

Despite the fact that I’ve only been working for Touch for a short time, I’m most proud of the communications we coordinate for, for example, Lidl. It is extra fun to see the content that you have in your hands through the communication expressions of the customer.

4. What makes your job so enjoyable?

Switching with the customer about their wishes and being able to deliver this through content makes the projects we do complete. It makes it nice to be able to contribute to the total picture in this way.
