1. How do you start your working day?
I start my day with a pleasant walk from home to the office. Once I arrive, I process orders from a number of major customers and set my priorities for the rest of the day.
2. What are your activities on a day?
I work on several projects simultaneously for both Promotions and Loyalty clients. These are both new and existing clients, for whom we continue to develop new solutions. This involves, for example, keeping track of project planning, setting up platforms and liaising with our IT department about development.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
In a few weeks, we will be launching a new platform with a very wide reach. Together with many colleagues, we are working hard to achieve a successful end result. Unfortunately, I cannot yet reveal which wonderful client this is for.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
The versatility of the role. We work with many different systems and clients and are involved in all kinds of areas. In addition, there is a lot of collaboration with colleagues from Category Management, Customer Service, Sales and IT. No two days are the same and there is something new to learn every day.
