1. How do you start your working day?
My day starts with briefly going through mail and dealing with initial questions. Then quietly into the car, after the rush hour, for an hour’s travel time with an educational podcast. Once I arrive, the working day can start full of energy.
2. What are your activities on a day?
The working day mainly revolves around conversations with clients and answering questions. In between, there are meetings to fine-tune the coordination and tasks of ongoing projects. Besides the current programmes, a lot of time is also spent on setting up new programmes. In short, a day full of variety and customer-oriented challenges.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
I am proud of the first programme I have delivered myself. It is my first programme that I have fully set up and established. It was very cool to build this project from scratch.
4. What makes your job so fun/special? What do you get the most satisfaction from?
What makes this job so fun and special is its enormous diversity. No day is the same, as you work with all kinds of different clients. You get the chance to work with a variety of companies and people, which makes every working day varied and challenging.
