1. How do you start your working day?
My working day starts with a nice chat with colleagues and a nice cup of tea. Then I start up my laptop and check my e-mail for urgent questions. I also take a look at all the mailboxes we have for customer service to see how things are going and what has the highest priority. Then we discuss with the team what the distribution will be for the day and get to work!
2. What are your activities on a day?
I mainly deal with customer service queries for Albert Heijn Tickets. For this, I handle all customer returns, queries and complaints.
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
Based on the questions that come to us, I have been working with the Project Managers to improve the products so that they get better and better. I really enjoy seeing that my role in this also has an impact.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
As I said before, I really like the impact my role has. Of course, we also receive the less pleasant questions or complaints, but if we manage to bring them to a successful conclusion, I get real satisfaction from that. I enjoy thinking out of the box to help the customer as much as possible.
