5 questions for Noa Andeweg
Noa is studying Creative Marketing & Sales and will be our Project Management & Marketing Intern from August 2025 to January 2026.
“I derive the most satisfaction from completing tasks and projects, especially when I see that my work has an impact or receives positive feedback. That really makes me feel proud!”
1. How do you start your working day?
Good morning!
To start my day calmly and in a structured manner, my alarm clock goes off early. At 6 a.m.! Once I’m ready, I leave for work with music in my ears. At the office, I start by going through my emails and schedule so that I have a clear overview of what’s going on. Then I make a to-do list and get started on my work.
2. What are your activities on a day?
Every day is different! My work mainly consists of designing newsletters, both internal newsletters and newsletters for clients such as Mandemakers and Thebe. I also support various teams by designing and analysing social media posts and sending out Disney invoices. I also process Keukenkampioen competition entries, publish Air Miles products, send Car Wash Pass codes and work on the annual calendars for the newsletters.
There is also another project I am contributing to. Together with the other intern, Rebecca, I am working on a script for the new company video. Step by step, the idea is coming to life!
In addition, I am working on my school research, developing a campaign to activate dormant points savers. It is an interesting challenge that will contribute to higher points redemption.
However, apart from the tasks mentioned, I am always open to taking on extra tasks when necessary. So I am nice and flexible!
3. Which project or final product to which you contributed makes you proud?
Many of the contributions I have made make me feel proud! Sometimes it’s the little things, such as delivering annual calendars for various clients, sending out newsletters or listing products.
I am also proud of the projects in which I was given more and more responsibility during my internship. Whereas at the beginning I mainly shadowed others and worked under supervision, I gradually was given the opportunity to work more independently. I now have a number of standard tasks that I perform completely independently.
4. What makes your job so enjoyable?
What makes my internship so enjoyable is the variety and, above all, the visible results of my work. It’s great to see what my work achieves, whether it’s a newsletter that’s been sent out, new products that are online, or content for social media. It’s nice and varied: one day I’m working on analytical and systematic tasks, and the next day I’m doing something creative.
I derive the most satisfaction from completing tasks and projects, especially when I see that my work has an impact or receives positive feedback. That really makes me feel proud and means I’m happy to start the next challenge!
