I start my working day with a cup of tea, a quick chat with colleagues and a quiet start.

I communicate with customers via email and answer any questions they may have about an order, programme, or general enquiries. In addition, I also spend 2 to 4 hours a day communicating with customers by telephone.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had the opportunity to contribute to a project yet, but I think it would be fun to do so in the future.
